OM617 Turbo Parts (sale) 5 cylinder diesel 300D 300TD 300SD W123 W126

Dismantled a running engine recently from my own vehicle; had documented 200k miles. Had good compression numbers when warm, but cold numbers were poor. The head needed a rebuild and the engine was run low on oil. There was some minor scoring in the cylinders but pistons do not show damage.

Excellent pistons and rods sold as set. Wrist pins show no perceptible play But I can measure more accurately.
- $150 shipped. or offer

Turbo wagon head w/ SLS. Needs rebuild, but will run. I have a spare set of valves as well.
-$200 shipped, or offer
-$250 with camshaft and rockers shipped

Send me a message for all other miscellaneous parts.

Pictures soon or by request.

All parts available.

Name your price on any parts. I won't sell them unless they are in working order.

Being scrapped in August, 2011

if you ever decide to scrap them our R.R could use the engines for something if you want a tax write off..

I would do that.

It seems a bit silly though considering the distance (3,000 miles). If they pay for shipping I will send the engine. Otherwise, it is not realistic, and there should be some much more accessible in your area.

What ever happened with that 616 train you were working on?

616 turned to a Isuzu Hyhdraulic affair after a Hydro engineer took the project from me... Shipping could be feesable. where abouts are you?
