WTB : W123 drivers side seat bottom

I am in need of a drivers side seat bottom in palomino as the bottom in the 240D is shot.

A solid, non broken spring bottom is what I really need.

needed : Passenger side(front) seat bottom from a w123 sedan/wagon

I am ready to reveal my greatest secret to all forum members!!

We all know a used driver seat will never be in "good" shape, as they wear for every mile the car is on the road...but the passenger lays there empty the majority of the time;
Sooooo my secret: find a good passenger seat at almost any yard for cheaper,
then you CAN completely unscrew the driver's tracks and move them onto a passenger bottom. The backs are easily switchable too. Just keep removing screws from the bottom and it will eventually come loose with a near perfect set of PASSENGER springs to use on the driver every time!

Hope this helps; now everyone go improve that butt cushion for comfy driving!

Course now there will be a run on passenger seats from all salvage yards, que sera.

I have one, but they are not light and shipping might be high. Make me an offer.
Thanks,

Shane
