Parting 1982 Euro Benz 240D manual trans gone. 240 Block good for rebuild. Head looks rebuildable. Blew tiny hole in 2nd piston. Complete Blue Interior with with MB Tex bolsters & fabric centers on seats. Rard seat. Rear SLS suspension. Shocks look good, can't see any leaks. Rear end & axles, trailing arms, sls tank. Some dual zone climate control stuff. Black euro dash trim. Glove box with black trim (this has no lock on glovebox) Complete wiring harness, some connectors may be brittle but it is complete. Euro bumpers but the bars need sand blasted...chrome is pretty good. Loads of other little stuff. Please don't bother me if you are looking for a $5.00 part that tahes 30 minutes to remove. Also parting out another 240D GOOD ENGINE & AUTO TRANS. Blue interior all MB Tex seats. Manual windows. Glass. Fenders & doors are not that great. Car is still running (less hood) All new brake job & new brake lines from rear calipers to the master cylinder. $1600 OBO.

Is dual zone climate the same as type I with the 3 mechanical dials?
If so, is the climate controls trim dome in wood?

How many "manual" components are left? I'm preparing for a manual swap and could use everything except the tranny itself.
