I believe these work in a W110 but don't know for sure. I can tell you they are too small for my '74 W115. Please jump in if anyone knows what models they fit.

An indie mechanic gave me a box of old parts. It seems that I had the only W115 he's seen in a decade or more and felt that I needed them more than he. Since I can't use this particular filter, just PM an address and it's yours
According to google these have been sold on ebay as W110 200D / 220D filters

new coil for 92 c-300

I think this thread is terrific. It helped put a smile on my face today and boy did I need it. Today I was driving my mint cond. 99 SL-500, stopped for a coffee at 7-11, when I got out of the car I must have hit the hood release with my boot. Got back on highway and had by hood blow open at 80 mph! Hood was trashed and hard top got dented up. I just put hard top on last week. If hard top was still off I definitely would have put the top down, it was a nice day on the east coast today. If top was open those dents in the hard top would have been dents in my head! I'm also thankful the driver to my right was on the ball and gave me room to dive for the shoulder of the road. So car is in body shop waiting on estimates and I have a new coil from my old 92 300 ce free for the asking for making me feel better about the spirit of giving that this thread show. Thanks for being good bunch of benz people. Ed Vozza (ejvozza@hotmail.com) ps drop me an e-mail if you need a coil.

If the cost to fix your hard top is more than the shipping cost of a hard top from California, you can have my hard top (from a 97 white with beige interior.)

Is anyone still doing the pay it forward thing anymore?

I have three chrome 15" flat face 15 slot wheels from a 2nd gen w126 up for grabs, all I'm asking is you either pay the shipping or pick 'em up locally. Zip is 75230. Obviously the chrome is starting to peel some...

and one 14" bundt that's pretty decent

...and if somebody happens to have some extra wheel bolts for steel wheels that fit a w123 laying around...

w123 trailer hitch

TAKEN !!!!

FREE if you pay the shipping or pick it up or let me drop it off at your house --- I've got a trip planned on Saturday. The trailer hitch is the kind that mounts to the bottom of the spare tire area and the bottom of the bumper. It's been sitting on the floor of my garage long enough. If no one claims it, it will go with the next load of iron scrap.

free parts

this is an offer to supply some free parts to someone (or ones) that really cannot afford to buy the parts. this offer is not meant to supply spare parts to stockpile or get free parts when you could afford to buy them. on your honor, let me know what you need and i'll see what i can do.

Free transmission pan gasket!

Parts house sold me the wrong one, and then refunded me. I have no use for it, so whoever wants to pay postage can have it. $6 bucks and I'll shove it in a small flat rate box.

Cheers!
