I need the metal linkage rod that connects the throttle linkage to the Bowden cable for my 1992 300D 2.5, I robbed the linkage off of it for my 1988 190D 2.5, it is the rod that goes across the valve cover. Anything off of a 90-93 2.5T fits and at least a 190D non turbo uses the same part.

For reference, current part number is 001 070 57 75 and lists for $25. You might get by with the ball ends from a 617 linkage at a wrecking yard and a threaded rod.

Thanks for the PN! I called Mercedes and they were weird about it. He told me all he had was two diagrams and he wouldn't let me order it over the phone. He said I had to come in and point out on the diagram which rod I wanted and he wouldn't guarantee it would be right and we'd probably have to order more than one and all this BS. I was like only one rod connects to the Bowden cable. So I called back a different day and got the same story. I'll just call with the PN and get a new one
