WTB: 124 dash
 

I recently purchased at 1987 w124 300d. The dash is in horrible condition and I am wanting to replace it. the interior is Grey and the dash is black on the top and Grey on the bottom.

I found a dash exactly to this specification today, in a W124 wagon at a local junkyard. No cracks or warping and aside from the following blemish I'd call the condition excellent. Unfortunately there was a minor damage near the rightmost vent from somebody prying at something, less than a square centimeter but still. Sorry...

THATS WHAT I NEED. A SMALL BLEMISH IS OK. MY CURRENT DASH IS SUN ROTTED AND CRACKED BAD

I think the dashes should be compatible between any models from 1986-1995...

AS LONG AS THERE IS NOT A PASSANGER AIR BAG RIGHT? BECAUSE THEN IT WOULD HAVE NO GLOVE BOX?

Glove box from existing dash would have to be transferred over (its a bolt-in), plus your grey parts. The only downside is that my 95 dash had wood trim strips that were sold. Small mounting holes may be visible unless you replace them.

OK, here it is. The glove box retrofits into where all the airbag brackets were/are. As stated earlier, there are mounting holes where the wood trim strips were.
