FS: 5 speed from a 1985 280SL + other euro parts
I may buy a euro 280SL with a manual five speed. Any interest in the parts? Drop me a PM.

IDK the VIN right now. It's a 1985 model 2.8 6 cylinder SL.

I would think this car has a 717.402 trans. Which means it should have an electronic speedometer pickup at the tail. If you are parting out this car, it should be suitable for a First gen 300SD w126 5 speed manual conversion.

I'm also going to look at a 500SL very soon- and if I can make a nice car out of both of these (parts from the 280 into the 500) then I'll be parting out the 280SL for the next two months...
