Transportation Forum Needed <---- I am hopeful that I will be driving thru Roanoke, VA on my way to the Philly area. I suspect I will have room in my truck to carry a transmission.

Just give me a couple days notice. The trans is wrapped on a pallet. I can fit it into the trunk of my 240D. Just need a couple days notice to dig it out, and make sure I drive that car to work on the day we meet.

I also have another trans coming out of a OM603 vehicle with a spun rod bearing. Functional as well. Was driving and shifting great until the engine went. I'll be parting that W126 long wheelbase as I get time.

I am in serious need for a transmission for my SDL (see my signatory). Is the one you have on pallet for SDL/603? I can take that one as soon as you give me a go. OR wait until you part out the W126, but I can't wait too long as my SDL has been sitting while I look for a transmission.

I don't know how to arrange with daw_two (Hi daw_two!) for pick up but I can personally come pick up it up myself. I live in Maryland 20706 area.

The one I have access to currently has 131k on it. Just bring $350 cash. No need for online transactions.
