Most likely, I will be getting around to this job this month because the engine is needed for another project. This is a complete 300SDL. Silver over gray interior. Front seat bottoms are bad. Passenger seat back may be OK. Back seat is fine. Carpet is good. Door panels are good. Transmission is good. Climate control is good...etc. You get the idea.
