I have a pair of the 4.2 M119 transmissions.

For a 400E E420 and pretty sure the S420 as well.

I sold the FGS valve bodies from both, but thats an easy swap when you change your tranny fluid, just pull your old one. They were both great running trans, one had 113k miles, the other 150k miles. $250 for the one with 113k miles and $200 for the 150k miles.

They come with torque converters
