I had this on my 1977 450SEL when it overheated several years ago. Trying to clear out my residual parts from that car. I bought it rebuilt and put about 10,000 miles on it. I am not sure on what else it fits but the Mercedes EPC shows a lot of M116 (350) and M117 (450) applications. The part number on the pump plate is 1264601480 and the EPC shows the latest application part number as 1264601580.
I don't have a picture of it but could post one later.
