Spring compressor sold but not shipped to buyer

He got away with it
Well, he got away with my money. He never responded to emails or pmails, nor to my offer to pay for shipping (even though that was included in the price).
I found out today that Paypal has a transaction dispute resolution center, but one must do it within 45 days. Today sadly is day 46. His name is Jon or John Masson in the Sacramenta CA area. LinkedIn profile: John Masson | LinkedIn. His former business in Ft Collins, CO: Greenback Laptops I looked for a similar profile on a few other MB forums, but nothing obvious. He was trying to sell a number of 124 parts, so I hope no one else was taken. Why did I not just buy the chinese spring compressor on ebay? Expensive lesson learned.
