Parting out 85 300D

Parting out my 85 300D. Trans went yesterday, and I'm not going to fix. The car has a perfect blue interior that is literally like new. Has a working sunroof, with new sunroof motor.

Blue molded dash cap (the one that looks stock when installed.)

I'm keeping the engine and the radiator, windshield, everything else is up for grabs.

BTW, this one is going quick. I need the cash. So I'll be pulling everything I can over the next 2 days, and the body if not spoken for is heading to the scrap yard.

How's the stitching on the top of the rear backrest?

Driver's seat condition?

How much for the grille?

And how much do you want for a steering box?

All the seats are absolutely perfect, literally like new. I would like to sell them as a set.

I may use the grill on my TD...

Steering box is in great shape. Tight with no signs of play. Will take 250 plus shipping or I'm going to swap it over to the CD. The CD's box is a little loose.

Driver door window regulator (any slipping)?

Auxiliary coolant pump (if less than, say, 3 yrs old)?

I'll let someone else take them as a set. If it comes down to the wire I'll take the rear bench backrest and the drivers seat.

I'm looking for spare boxes to reseal and adjust to sell. So 250 is a bit over my limit. Although if you end up putting the box in your CD can I pick the CD box from you?

Not to hijack the thread but I also have a blue dash cap that I'm trying to get rid of.

not sure of brand. I just bought it last week off a member of another forum, I gave him 75 bucks for it and shipping.

Hold on for info on that diff... I may put it into the 82 TD. I have a 2.24 that I'm going to try first...

Window regulator is fine. no slipping at all. in fact all 4 are good.

The aux pump is going on the TD along with the mono valve...

No problem on the steering box. if I do the swap I'll post about it.

I do have a good rear in mb tex thats black and perfect. I also have a passenger front in black that got a good skin, but the padding and springs are shot. The cover itself looks new. No headrest...

this interior is really really nice... best I've ever seen. It would be a shame to separate it.

The carpets should stay with the excellent seats.
Thanks though.

push panel and blower stay as backups for my other cars. I wouldn't let a working blower go at this point! (considering they are almost 400 bucks to replace!)

All parts on hold for a bit. I have the engine and trans out and want to separate them and see what the issue is then make the final call.
