WTB Rear Headrests for 124 300TD wagon

I recently bought a 1987 300TD wagon, but it unfortunately didn't come with any rear headrests. The interior is blue mb-tex, so ideally this is what I would like to find. I don't know about the compatibility of the headrests I need and other rear seat headrests in the MB family of vehicles, so any info you can provide is appreciated.

Regarding shipping costs, I am located in San Luis Obispo, CA (93401), which is roughly half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Thanks for your time.

Andrew

Only the W124 wagon rear headrests will fit.

I have a grey set but no blue

Hi David-
Thanks for that information. It is hard for a newcomer to know which parts are compatible with earlier (or later) models, and which aren't.

Do you have a feel for the going price of a set of rear headrests? For instance, what is a fair price for your set? I am most concerned with safety right now, and will worry about having everything match at a later date.

I usually get $75-$120 for a set of 3 headrests.
I have two sets of grey ones, so I can do a set for $75 plus shipping.

I also have some later blue MB TEX seat parts.

I have a nearly mint seat back cover (the part you lean against, great if you bolster is ripped or worn) and a pair of the blue map pockets with the full vinyl, great to replace your old magazine nets, plus a near new passenger front door map pocket.

That price seems very fair. If anyone out there has blue rear headrests for a 124 wagon, please let me know. Blue would obviously be preferable, but not imperative.

David, if I cannot find blue in a few days, I will PM you about your grey set. Thanks again for your help.
