I will be attempting to sell parts from my donor 240d. the manual transmission is not available, as are the headlights. everything else is up for grabs. any interest? this was a fine running car until the driver floorboards gave way.

Do you have the wire set up that goes to the 4 speed shifter ? it is a 2 prong or 2 hole deal that goes to the shifter and with the 2 wires. If so, please let me know !!! Thanks !

What are the colours?

I might be interested in the dome light, too - do both the constant-on and timed-off switch positions work? Pictures?

It's the silver blue metallic, but pretty faded and rusty. I'll post some pics later. The dome light went into my 82, as that one wasn't working.

The engine runs great, and I would love to swap the entire eng/trans into my recipient 240D, but I just don't think all that's gonna happen. I'm still searching for someone to do the trans swap. The eng has 235k on it, leaks NO oil that I can tell, and the car routinely returned 30-32 mpg with the 4sp. The valves were adjusted less than 3000mi ago. I don't have the compression figures, but like I said, very strong. Always started right up in the winter without block heater or anything except good battery, good glow plugs and 5w/30 synthetic oil.
