This is a Brand New in OEM Mercedes Box Grey Headliner for the W140 Chassis. This is ONLY for the Sunroof portion of the Headliner and includes the pop-up feature mechanism. The part # is 1407800240 / 140 780 02 40. This part retails from Mercedes for around $635.00
