I need a passenger side more then anything, would prefer galvanized (after 1982), but will take anything RUST/ROT free.

Actually they are not galvanized, they are e-coated.

How about new?
Would replacement sheet metal not work for you? Perfect start point skipping most of the prep.
Seems finding a rust-free fender in your neck of the woods might take some time? Plenty to be had this way, it's too bad shipping makes that a moot point. Have you tried outlets like co-part or other wreckers? Might just be a simple drive over the border. MBZ123
