One of the Junk yard near me has a w124 wagon that has the arm rest with storage and a phone. The phone is in the arm rest. If I get a chancei will call them for a price.

W126 and W124 don't share the same bolting pattern and won't work. The OP is looking for an original W124 part while the W126 is an aftermarket arm rest.
