FS Aux Fuel Tank & Differential from NA 300D & more

Some hard to find items.

Auxiliary fuel tank from a w123 300d 1979 not sure if its OEM or aftermarket as I've never seen one before. It is aluminum and mounts to the wheel wells.

Also I believe the differentail has the highly sought after higher ratio. Most other parts are already on thebay

Can we see some pics, prices and details on the tank?

WOW

I think his eBay pricing is higher then dealer pricing for new parts.....I could buy a parts car for what he wants for 3 AC vents....

Would be interested in details of the fuel tank.

That's why I put best offer on everything in my store. If I spent the time to check pricing on every part that I list, I would spend my entire day researching prices on hard to find things like dash vents. Then there's a whole great big list of parts priced in 1980's dollars (in MB's price guide) that are no longer available. Good luck finding that parts car with 3 good working vents, and then good luck removing those vents without destroying them, then good luck storing them (without losing or breaking) until someone wants them, and finally good luck selling them,,,

Oh and then good luck having a service tech at MB give detailed instructions on how to remove and install the vents,,, sometimes it's worth paying a little extra to have the piece of mind that the product you are buying comes with virtually unlimited free telephone support.

The tank that I have, was hooked directly up to the stock tank. I'm including the "Y" and the filler neck. Don't think it was used in a 2 tank WVO system for this very reason,,, so it's not been subject to WVO use.

Oh and sorry for the delay in getting back, I've been rather busy this past week removing vents from cars to pay the rent,,, :D

I can see the reason for the previous comment about the price. A quality aftermarket fuel cell can be had for less than that. Although I suppose the cost may be justified dependant on how well it fits the vehicle. For my application however.......
