Need a good running 617a for swap into my W460. Located in the St. Louis area.

I have a good running n/a 617 in there now that I can throw into the deal, just need something with a bit more power for such a heavy truck. I've been holding off on the 5sp swap until I source an engine to go with it, and craigslist has been fruitless.

May consider something non-local if the engine and price are right and you're ok with shipping it.

I have an OM617.952 with about 140,000 miles on it. I'm not in St Louis, but I'm willing to negotiate a little on my price to make up for shipping (I believe it would be around $400, but don't hold me to that... ).

Bump, still looking. I've pretty much given up on finding one locally. I think there's a MB diesel hoarder in town who is buying up all the good ones. Only thing available around here is high mileage beaters or collector quality with a sheet metal premium.
