1980 6.9 parts or whole
 

i picked up a 1980 6.9 complete car a little while back. I have been sitting on it more or less for engine/trans donor for another project. Yet with other projects taking precedent and time being an issue, im willing to part it out or sell it complete.

As it sits, car is to far gone in my opinion to redo. would need body work and who knows what else from sitting. Yet if you feel like burning money--then more power to you.

Car had 1 owner who after having new cams and suspension bits installed gave up on the car. Not long after the cams were installed, the car developed a pinhole leak in the dry sump reservoir and the owner parked it literally in a barn. There it sat for 20 years.

i had it turning over by the starter but fuel pump was bad-- probably entire fuel system is jelled.

it has under 100k on the clock. cant remember off hand exact mileage but will get it tomorrow.

ideally, would like to sell complete car so dont have to put any more time into parting it. yet if engine or trans is spoken for, then i will part it. I can ship via freight bigger items and ups smaller stuff no problems.

asking 2k with wiggle room built in for car complete. car is located 20 miles outside of Pittsburgh PA

Would be cool, if you can post photos of the car and interior....so we know what it has....and colors....

ill try to get some snapped tomorrow after work.

as it sits now-- complete car w/ what i deem rough body. interior is all in tact if a bit musty. windows were up entire time.

faded silver paint w/ black roof. black interior.
