OM603 parts - good #14 head, 3.5 turbo, injection pump
I swapped my 3.5 liter OM603 short block out for a 3.0 liter short block. I have many leftover parts, since the 3.0 liter donor engine was complete. The odometer on the donor car had around 180,000 miles on it.
The head from the 3.0 liter is in good shape. It is a #14 head, but it has been pressure tested and checked for flatness and it's all good. I can forward the machine shop receipt. Cam & sprocket included. Lifters could probably stand to be replaced, but they are there and they did not tick. I'm asking $600 + shipping, can offer a fedex discounted rate. Willing to work with international buyers too. Injection pump from the 3.5 engine. The odometer on this car read 143k. The car ran quite well (aside from consuming a staggering amount of oil towards the end of its life - bent rods) and I recall noticing only typical dripping from the injection pump. The delivery valve seals did not leak. Maybe replacing the bottom seal on the IP would clear up the dripping; I personally have never seen one that doesn't leak so I never bothered. You can use this pump on a 3.0 or a 3.5, but the redline on the 3.5 is lower, so I chose to use the 3.0 pump. Asking $300 + shipping for this. Turbo from the 3.5 engine - this will connect to a 3.0 or a 3.5, but it is larger than the 3.0 turbo. There's a little bit of side-side shaft play, but no in-out play. Weirdly, the fan is a little bit torn up, as if maybe something other than air was sucked through it at some point. But it always spooled up okay. Little bit of oil on the outside of the turbo. It has life left in it but is definitely not a mint replacement- $150 plus shipping? I also have miscellaneous parts like an extra valve cover and an extra vacuum pump (not the revised design). I don't sell many parts on the forum, but I'm an eBay powerseller with 100% positive feedback and can forward a link to my seller account for prospective buyers.
