I work for Ritchie Bros Auctioneers who own SalvageSale, a salvage/insurance auction website. We recently were asked to try to sell a new rear bumper for a 1956 300SL roadster. It was ordered new but the repair shop ordered the wrong bumper.

Part numbers on the bumper pieces that we are accepting bids on are 1988800371 and A1988800271. They are located in Phoenix, AZ.

The seller (insurance company) does have the right to approve or deny the final high bid on this sale.

I thought I would post here for anyone who may be interested, know anyone interested, or even buy it cheap and try to flip it, etc.
