WTB, 420SEL rear springs, shocks...

If anyone is parting out a 420SEL (that sits level) I would be very interested in purchasing the rear springs, rubber spring pads, shocks and also the small plate on the front of the engine just below the distributor.
Please PM and we can go from there.
Thanks,
Dan

The plate would be the SLS pump block off plate. I'm done with SLS on my 560SEL.

What it look like?

Any chance you have a picture or drawing of the plate? I've gotta complete 420 boat anchor, but gas engines of the benz ilk puzzle me. If it ain't a head, exhaust mani or water pump I don't know

Also, did you work out the rest of your buy list? Cuz, I got that stuff, too.

It's the small 4" plate bolted to the the front of the engine just below the distributor, near the power steering pump.

I have located the springs and shocks from a member here. Hopefully they will arrive soon.

Thanks.

Wd:

In the event that you do not locate a blockoff plate, a suitable one can be fabricated from 1/8-1/4" aluminum plate, using the gasket as a template.
