123 Parchment interior pieces needed - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

I am in need of parchment interior parts for my 240. I need a good front seat bottom skin (upholstery), and carpet. I mostly need the side pieces, as my actual floor mats are decent. However, I could always use spares. I have plenty of Palomino parts for trade, or I can pay CA$H. Please let me know what you got, and how much. Thanks, Rich

Don't have exactly what you are looking for, but I've got parchment door panels and door pulls out of a '79 240D kicking around in my basement if you need those.

Is Parchment the same as Bamboo?

No. The interior color of the car in the link is closer to Palomino, and also is the earlier style with heat seamed pleats, and "batwing" headrests. The seat cover I need is double stitched, and is similar colored to the light ivory-ish color in a 124 (I think it is called parchment as well, someone correct me if I am wrong).....Rich

I saved a dirty but good set of A-pillars if you want/need as spares?

Hmmmm......I thought "Parchment" was a color that wasn't introduced until after the 240Ds went out of production. Of course, I don't do color well, either. I grew up knowing 7 basic colors; all those other crayons were just a variation of some other color.

These are also the pieces I need. I prefer a passenger side seat skin, as it will be better (rarely sat on) than most driver side skins.

Your interior almost looks like the same color as what's on my sold 87 Champagne which is faded cream. Of course, our pics may or may be comparable.

Didn't know the color name for sure, but that was the OEM in my '77 300D
however it was all stained blackish from use and dry-rotten

I did save the A-pillars from that is you want?
Trade shipping cost for some hubcap clips on alloy Or just the lower driver's door trim
