please help me to clarify the control moduls ( N3/4 ECM) are reasonable different for the same model of 104.992 M 104 engine???

I have 1994 E320 coupe and 1995 E 320 sedan, wiring harness is not a same, now I detected, the control modul has also different parts number

on ebay available ECM for 1994 and 1995 sedan

for 1994 The Bosch Number 0 261 200 446 is a same but the Mercedes number isnt: my is 016 545 1832, the ebay seller,s 016 545 3232

I am intending to keep a spare for both engine, might I use them disregarding the different parts numbers?
