up for sale is a 1980 300SD Mercedes-Benz China Blue (2nd coat) odometer stuck at (because speed sensor is in-op, odometer works though) 220k estimated 230k miles. Many parts replaced, body is in Very good condition, nice shine to the chrome and paint. Only one spot of rust on the lower front drivers door (pictured). Rear seat looks brand new.

-Fuel filters
-Oil filter + change
-Coolant change
-Nearly Every piece to the vacuum system replaced, except main vacuum hose in engine bay.
-l and r tie rods
-New wiper blades
-75% front tires 50% rear tires
-Most coolant hoses replaced (CRP)
-Both flex disc replaced (lemfoder)
-Both Engine mounts (Lemfoder)
-Transmission mount (melye)
-4 Contitech Belts
-Diesel Purge
-New Air filter

Why am I selling? The transmission is done. It is a 300D transmission in a 300SD the governor is destroyed and the car refuses to shift past 2nd gear. Will P,N,R and Gears 1 and 2, in essences it needs a replaced transmission. Also the rear main seal needs to be placed and the oil cooler drips about 2-3 drops a week. There are electrical gremlins, left headlight is always on, RR taillight is jumped to another wire to keep it on, as the wire is grounding out somewhere. Rear interior is very good shape the front interior needs major work. Also burns about a gallon of oil a month.

Not a problem, just found a member, I will be visiting that has some nice 195's he is giving me....so all I need now is one bundt for a spare....I forget about the snow up there, we get oh maybe 12" a year

Oh here is a question, what about the battery? I need one for my 78...
