I just did some searching. Thought it might be the same as what is in my 190DT since they are the same year but the w124 are completely different than the w201. That is unfortunate. Having a $10 replacement would definitely be worth trying if they were the same because mine is not working right now and I do not know why!!!

Get a soldering iron out, and hit all the solder points of the connector pins on the main board.

Cha-ching! 90% success rate.

Do you have a working voltage regulator for the HVAC blower (the porcupine)?

I sold one with the blower fan, but I have another buried in the dash of car #2

One parts car just got towed away... $100 scrap value. He'll probably get about $250 from the wrecking yard.

Still had a good turbo on it too, sniff!!

Sure squatted funny in the rear as it rolled away over the hill, had no rear axles in.
