Here is a near new, Renntech Carbon Fiber Airbox for the 1997 W210 E420 (M119 Engine) Unfortunately the height of this airbox will not clear the hood of the W124! 99% sure this is a W210 specific application. This airbox was installed on a show car and driven just a few times (<10), so this airbox has seen very few heat cycles which is why there is no discoloration.

This part is in excellent condition!
