WTB: 190E manual front driveshaft

Seeking a 190E manual driveshaft. I really only need the front part, unless you are not willing to separate.
Thank you for looking.

You should probably talk about spline count and yoke bcd.

I have the front half from a 190e/190D (8 valve motor). If you're converting a w201 this should work, if you're converting a w124 it might work but would be a tight fit. The flex discs are also small for a W124.

Sorry, still new to these cars. I bought a 717.412 transmission, which I was told uses the 'larger' yoke. I will have to research which spline count that is.

He is talking about the spline count between the driveshaft halves.

What car are you converting to 5spd?

Hmm, did not even realize those can come in different spline sizes. The car is a 1993 190E 2.6.

W201's have a 25 tooth spline? -w124 260E uses same size so I think the 2.6 W201 is the same.

The driveshaft I have I think will mate to your rear half, but the flex disc will be the smaller size from a 2.2 190D/2.3 8v 190E. The 2.6 w201's used the larger flex disc (guibo) that is the same size as the gas w124's if I remember right.

Pline and yoke still in question

I have a complete 190e 2.3 5 speed drive shaft.
The question is, will it fit your transmission?
Capflya bring up a good question.
