Overview: I bought this car 9 months ago for $1200 in Coto de Caza. It had/has 214k miles on a broken odometer. I have since pumped nearly 4k dollars worth of work into it... only for the Da** tranny to fail in forward gears as I was approaching a stoplight! I'm DONE. I got an older benz to avoid a car payment... but obviously haven't saved a DIME. So I'm trying to part this car as a parts car because I have invested so much time and money into it, and it's a GREAT car! But this was the final straw. THe car is black (040) on black.

GOOD
Body panels (1 dent on pass. Side quarter panel only) all clean
Paint, deep black, waxed & shiny
New Head Gasket (machined head, new plugs & plug wires)
All new tires
Chrome, round rims (not bent)
Windows all work
Pwr Door Locks (incl trunk) all good
Speedometer & Fuel Gauge work great
Back seats… leather perfect
Fresh oil, oil filter, & air filter
All vacuum lines checked for leaks and repaired.
Alignment perfect
Front & Rear brake pads & rotors replaced just a few months ago.
OEM Water Pump Installed (new)
New Coolant Reservoir
New Aux fan clutch
New Neutral Safety Switch
New EGR Valve
Alarm & Central Locking System work perfectly.

BAD

Transmission (reverse was always slow to engage)
Some suspension components need replacing. Was a little loose, but still linear.. I'm assuming tie rod ends, shocks, control arms.
Interior dash lights never worked... ? (drove w/ it dark in the cluster at night)
Front Seat Bottom leather torn
Front two windows need to be manually pulled up the last 2 inches of travel.
