82 240D Part Out

I’m parting out a 1982 240D. The PO drove it into the back of a truck and I bought it for a few parts that I needed. Does anyone else need parts before it goes to the scrapyard?

The engine does run (Odometer reads 172,xxx miles) but I am unsure of the transmission condition. The glass is good, as are the crank window regulators. Three door panels are in great shape. The drivers rear door panel has a small cut in the material (See pics).

Let me know if you see any parts of interest. I’d be glad to send additional pics and work out a price.

Thanks!

It's worth saving the 5 1/2" x 14" aluminum hubcap wheels that an 82 240D would have if it didn't have Bundt wheels.

Hi Gary,

I'm still looking into all of the components. I'll be pulling the dash this week and will get a good look at everything "behind the scenes"

Thanks,

Rich

I'm interested in the mounting bracket at the rear of the injection pump that bolts to the engine block.

Also the drivers side floor mat, as well as the rug covered knee panel that covers the drivers side heat/ac system. My car blew it's oil pressure line and soaked both these with oil..
