Two-piece radiator shroud for 1987 300D/TD. Allows you to remove the shroud without removing the fan, at least with the OE fan. Might not be the case with an SDL, 140 or 606 fan. You're welcome to try.

Fits but doesn't make sense on a 2.5. I suppose it will fit a '95 E300 but two-piece OE on E300s.
