I've got a stripped down 603 block (with just the main caps & half a water pump). Thinking probably worth $100+shipping? Bores & bearings look fine, don't have the tools to measure them.

I've also got a 603 block with oil pan, pistons, & crank. Visually looks okay, but no way to really confirm. I'm thinking like $300 + shipping for this assembly.

No heads, no IPs, no accessories, etc.

Does anyone have intirest in these? Am I crazy/ should I just scrap them?

Hiya, I recently tried to sell a near complete 603 on this board/craigslist/and another benz forum. The only reply was someone complaining that my preferred contact is txt (I am hard of hearing).

I ended up stripping the block and scrapping it for next to 0.000000

What a waste. If anyone chooses to buy your's, I have pretty much everything they would need to make it complete.

I crawled to the back of the shed, these are the numbers on the blocks:

Block#1-just the block, has half a water pump housing on it:
18G | 86
Arrow pointing to 'B'
603 011 10 01
If it's an 86 or 87, that would be a 603.961 engine (most likely)

Block#2-Block, pistons, conrods, crank, lower oil pan still assembled:
18B | 93 [Might be 18E, it's hard to read)
Arrow pointing to 'A'
603 011 26 01
It it's a 93 or 94, that would be a 3.5L (most likely)
