I'm looking for the two 'symbol rails' from a post-1982 'late' non-North American instrument cluster. The right side is P/N 123 540 08 43 (I think) with only the glow plug symbol, and the left side is P/N 000 540 07 43 (I think) as in US cars, but without word 'BRAKE' over the brake symbol.

The picture below is of a cluster from German eBay with the correct strips (and black plastic hubs on the gauge needles instead of silver, as per the late style).
