Pretty sure I posted this elsewhere, but hitting it up again.

I have the air box, BUT I need all the miscellaneous parts, e.g., the fender mount, the snorkel, the tri-pod stand. I have the brackets (x2), so pretty sure OK there.

PLEASE post pictures of what you got.

Yes, looking for the entire Cali Set up. I have had a few folks contact me, but they are missing this or that. If driving to the yard is a PITA or going out of your way, I wouldn't do it ... I cannot believe someone doesn;t have these parts hanging around .... I think the Cali air set up was only in 84 and 85 ...

OK I just checked the yard's inventory. Its a 1983 300 SD anyway and no 300D right now.

Greazzer there is an 85 300d in the junkyard.
I saw it last weekend.

It has the deep dish cylindrical air cleaner 'basket' at the front passenger side of fender.

It has a stubby nub at the bottom that fits into a female seat but that seat looks like its welded in...I am not sure what you need.
I don't see any other brackets etc...

Hey,

I don't need the air box as I have one, but I need all the gizmos. The air box sits inside the male - female trippod you describe. It is held in by 3 bots. I need the snorkle which is attached to the fender and the stubby hose which connects the air box to the fender. I think the snorkle (fender connector) is actually 2 pieces. There was at some time 2 brackets which held the air box to the radiator cradle. Let me know if it has all the gizmos before wasting a trip to the yard. thanks a bunch !

OK the snorkle that goes to the fender was there. the stubby hose probably was there.

I do not recall any other brackets. It just seemed to sit atop the 'tripod' and balnced by the hoses.

I might go back this Saturday as I might be in that area.
If so, and if those hoses/snorkle are still present, would you like me to get them?
You don't need the tripod right?

THANKS ! YES, please get the tri-pod (held in place by x3 10mm bolts, and the snorkel, and stubby hose. I think the snorkel piece is really 2 pieces which connects to the inner fender. Please let me know if see any other gizmos which go to the air box, and if so, grab them.
