WTB: W124 Outdoor Temperature Display for 87 300D

Hi All,

Working on restoring a 300D cluster. The outdoor temp display's LCD is shot.

Anyone have any display units for sale?

Shipping would be to 44446

Let me know what you've got!

Thanks!

Do you want early/original/4-wire or later 5-wire?

This would be for the early 4-wire, forgot to mention that. If I'm hard pressed to get a good working one I could adapt the later to fit.

The later 5-pin design is SO easy to install, just a wiring modification. I did it for my '87 wagon. Snagging the display and wiring harness connector, plus a short length of wire, and it is a snap.

Once you've done the mod, if your display dies again you will be able to select from a much larger pool of good displays.
