Angry 5 Speed Shift Rod Connectors

I doing a 5 Speed, OM617 swap to my 240d and have almost everything. However the very rare 717.400 Tranny I found came without the connectors to the shift rods. Does anyone have any idea where I might find these?

Are they shared with any other tranny? Like a more common 190E/190D manual tranny?

Why on earth would someone separate those from the transmission??

Yep, that's the ones. They're entirely different from the 240D, 4 speed I'm swapping out.

you can look the trans up by model number in the parts catalog, then once you get the part numbers, you can try to figure out what all cars it fits through a site like mb parts world.

The items circled in red are called "Shift Levers".

Shift rod connectors are the internally threaded adjusting sleeve on the ends of the shift rods.

Thanks for the correction, apparently the part numbers are:

123 260 663 7 and
123 260 523 7 times 2

Pelican lists them:

Of course, the one that you need two of costs twice as much... hopefully, this is all you need!

Levers

Unfortunately one of the parts, the 123-260-66-37 is no longer available so I guess I'll just order three of the other one and modify one of them.

Nice gearbox. What are you doing about the speedo. In the Gwagon it comes through the transfer case. There is no place for the cable to go into the transmission. I have one of those as well.
