Have a W123 (300D) Auto trans core with converter up for sale. Located in MD. Make an offer and take it off my hands. Came out of a car with 208K. Stopped shifting into all gears on a cold day. Fluid was clear and not burnt. I swapped it out at least 3 time in the 4 years I owned the car. Swapped it with a good used trans and never looked any further into why.

I also have an intake off the same car. Nice and clean. Soaked in mineral oil based parts cleaner for 2 years.
