My '94 E320 suffered some sort of major bottom end failure and I'm just going to get a new W124 at this point. The chassis has too many miles and wiring problems. I want to keep the seats, tail lights, grille, and suspension including wheels since I just replaced the bushings and shocks. The trans and engine are not usable. Everything else is up for grabs though. Lots of good little parts and some engine parts like the intake.
