HI! I CAN HELP. JUST TO BE SURE, IF YOU ARE STANDING BEHIND YOUR CAR YOUR RIGHT SIDE IS ALSO THE CAR'S RIGHT SIDE. THE MOTORS I HAVE ARE FOR THE RIGHT FRONT SIDE. PLUS, IF YOUR REGULATOR IS THE ALL STEEL DESIGN, I HAVE A COUPLE OF 8 TOOTH MOTORS FOR YOU TO CONSIDER. I AM A MEMBER ON THIS FORUM. BUT SPEND NEARLY ALL MY TIME MANAGING EBAY LISTINGS.
EACH OF THE MOTORS I HAVE ARE 8 TOOTH AND THOROUGHLY EXAMINED AND TESTED. THE PEDESTAL THE 8 TOOTH GEAR RESTS ON FOR EACH MOTOR IS A MATCH. SOME OF THE NEWER BOSCH 8 TOOTH MOTORS HAVE A HIGHER PEDESTAL AND WILL NOT WORK ON THE 1985-86 W126 MERCEDES. FOUND THIS OUT THE HARD WAY WITH MY 85 SD YEARS AGO.
