Polished valve cover for my 83 617 turbodiesel for use in the 39 Studebaker conversion. Also an oil filter cover would be nice.

I can rectify, vice polish, those pieces if you send them. The valve cover would take a week or in spare time, the other piece, less. Did you want them totally smooth with no numbers on them? Or with the numbers?

It all depends on the time.

You can PM me and maybe we can trade. I now have room for a basement work shop.

I got mine polished , but I still might stick one of the remaining 617's in a 38 gmc.
anyhow selling it would not be worth the effort put into it, I still want to weld a bung for the alloy filler cap in from a 6 cyl gas benz
