Want to borrow a Piston with wrist pin and circlips (pin retainers) from:
M110, or aluminum block M116/117. The engines in question will be fitted with 23mm wrist pins.

A deposit will be provided, as well as shipping costs.

My brother has a complete ran when it parked 10 years ago 1980 (IIRC) us spec 280e he wants to sell. You could get the pistons from it and they might clean up and you could use them.

Thanks Tom, this is about taking a few measurements from one of the subject pistons, rather than using the piston. I may have the info coming.
