This is a nice radio delete plate most likely from a W108 chassis Mercedes 280S. It would make a great display item for your desk, garage, or car shows.

The finish has some hairline cracks in it and a chip in the upper right corner. It will also fit a W116 chassis 280S (though it doesn't have the striped pattern in the wood)--and should fit any car of any make that has a DIN size radio opening (180mm X 51mm / 7 1/8" X 2") for that matter. The 280S emblem can even come off and be swapped out with any other script with pin spacing of 70mm / 2 3/4". This will not fit the small pre-DIN radio openings, such as possibly early W108 and fintail.
