FOR SALE: OM617 Turbo Injectors: $89 shipped CONUS
I have a set of 5 turbo injectors for the OM617 family of engines.
Includes: 5 new heat shields, 10.00mm orifice 1 meter of new return line, 3.2mm braided, black These have received my service, shimmed better than FSM spec's. Nice, NON-peeing German made nozzles installed. The catch: The nozzle holders have been marred by sloppy wrenchmanship somewhere down the road. It does NOT affect their performance; just doesn't look the best. I will post some pictures this week. I am running them through my process again this week. PM if interested. Thanks in advance. |

I'm just curious what's the difference between the injectors you're selling and the 603 injectors in an 87 300D ? Good price I would buy them if they fit my w124 300D

Folks claim they have used them interchangeably; however, I would not do it. Secondly, not sure the OM603s readily screw into a OM617 head / vice versa. I will have to double check. I have seen this posted over and over on all three of the major MB forums. I have never tried it in a running car. I think once the major world debate on this topic raged, I took a #44 and there was something up with it screwing into a OM617 head but that was a while ago. Plus, OM603 is a six (6) cylinder.
From memory, the OM603s are ... #44 bodied nozzle holders OM617s are #5/4s or #46s. |

My apologies to the forum members. I never posted any pics as these sold pretty fast without snappies.
I had six (6) folks contact me and one person within a few minutes of this posting. I always go in order of those who contacted me -- first in line.... My bad for dropping the ball in not posting pics. Too many projects and the days are way too hot in my garage ... So, for the handful of folks contacting me now, sold ! Thanks everyone. If anyone has any interest in non-marred nozzle holders, please PM me. I can only work in my garage from 6AM to around 8 or 9AM and that's it. Summers in Columbia is near a screen door to hell when it comes to heat. I probably have a few sets which I can part with, however, my turn around times have slowed a smidge because of the summer heat. |

Taking quotes right now for a Mitsubishi unit. Waiting a few more days for a quote then I am going to squeeze the trigger.
