Parting out W123's
 

I have 2 W123 sedan cars that I am parting out. Both have solid bodies and run well.

1) 1977 240D , Maroon with tan interior 4 speed manual car. Engine runs well and has great compression with very very little blow by. Body is solid and interior is OK (vinyl in good shape, horse hair not so much) Has light hail damage. I'm only interested in the manual gearbox from this car to keep as a spare for my own.

2) 1983 300D Euro. Solid body with tan interior. Tan Vinyl seats in the front and cloth in back. Non turbo car with an automatic transmission. Again very good compression with very little blow by. I was able to start this thing on a very weak battery and drive it 70 miles to my hobby shop without the slightest incdent.

I'm going to take the bumpers, wings, inner wings hood and HVAC system from this car to fix up a couple of 280's that I have.

All other parts are avaialable and located in DFW TX.

I need 2 rear shocks for my 83 300d. They are hydraulic. Do you have those by any chance?

Pictures of the front seats please. Are they 5 pleat or 6 pleat design?

Also are the wood panels (console, climate control, and switch panel) in good shape?
