FS: Complete Kit for 4 Speed Conversion

I dismantled a W123 240D

Here's the detailed list of what I have for the swap:

* 4 speed manual, slope back iron case
* flywheel
* clutch disc & pressure plate
* 2 piece driveshaft with center carrier bearing
* crossmember (mount)
* Shift linkages
* Gearshift assembly (includes reverse light switch and connector)
* pedal assembly (includes brake light switch and clutch signal switch for cruise control)
* All related wiring with connectors
* cruise control module for manual trans
* speedo cable
* speedo head
* clutch master and slave cylinders
* related miscellaneous hardware

You will need to buy a new pressure line that goes between cylinders - this one had to be cut for disassembly as the fittings were seized

You will need to carefully inspect the clutch components to decide if you want to use or replace - they are provided for reference

You will need to replace the carrier bearing - it is provided for reference

The odometer was not working - you'll need to mail it to Overseas Speedometer for a rebuild

I am asking $400 obo for everything.

For the parts that attach to the engine, for what engine(s) will they be appropriate?

For the chassis parts, what chassis'?

Frank,

Thank you I edited my thread to include W123 240D.

The 240D engine is an OM616. I have attached an OM617 to this same series of tranmission. I do not know what additional engines can be listed that will mate.

Likewise I do not know how to mount the transmission in any chassis other than the W123.

Other members may have knowledge and experience they can share on this topic. There may be a thread on the site, I have not looked.

I offered the speedo head just because. I don't believe it's necessary
