I am selling this 115 amp alternator (AL129X), which originally came from a 1992 Saab 9000, but it's a common upgrade for old W123 diesels from 1977-1985. I had it in my '78 240D, but it never worked well because that car only has a single belt for the alternator. The turbo 300D would be more suitable since it has a double pulley. This comes with a double pulley from a 300D and a serpentine pulley for the Saab.
I had it tested at the local parts place, and it tests good.
The casing shows some wear near the bolt holes, but I can't imagine it would cause any problems if properly installed.
