WTB: W126 receptacle for headlight switch
 
I am in need of a receptacle and ~ 4 inches of wires going into said receptacle.

Also, would anyone know why this would have melted? Is this a W126 thing?!

I can probably help you out. What year car? Not sure if Gen 1 and Gen 2 are the same.

This one is a 1991 350SD.

I'm better learned in the W114/W115 and W123 schools of MB engineering so this is somewhat uncharted territory for me. Not NASA level stuff though...

I've got 86, 87, 90 W126 parts cars, so I'll have to look at them. Daughters house purchase has had every bit of my spare time, so bare with me.

We sold the car to our attorney so I'll just lend him another Mercedes for a few days to pacify him...
