Do you have just the seat or do you also have every single piece of hardware and upholstery that goes with the seat for installation in a car that never had third row seats?

I just have the seat. I saw a 300TD with third row seat in the salvage yard last month. The seat upholstery was poor but it was installed in the wagon and everything appeared to be there. My seat upholstery is in much better condition than the seat in the salvage yard wagon.
